Design Feasibility for Moulds (DFM)
DFM का मतलब मोल्ड डिज़ाइन करने से पहले पार्ट में यह चेक करना कि दिए गए पार्ट में Slider & Lifter के अलावा कोई unwanted undercuts तो नहीं हैं, सभी faces में Ejection के लिए proper Draft दिया गया है
How To Decide Mould Layout
DFM के बाद दिए गए पार्ट का Mould Layout बनाया जाता है ताकि Final Designing से पहले एक Basic Understanding हो सके कि Mould कितने Impression का होगा या होना चाहिए।
Material Selection & Dimensioning
Part के आधार पर Mould Steel Selection एवं Proper Size Consideration की समझ, ताकि Material Loss को बचाया जा सके।
Mould Base Designing
एक Real Industrial Mould का Mould Base कैसा होना चाहिए और उसको Design करने की पूरी समझ।
How to Create Parting Surface
Mould की Quality एवं Defects में Parting Surface का बहुत बड़ा महत्व है। Mould की Quality और Life को बढ़ाने के लिए Parting Surface की Designing कैसी होनी चाहिए, इसकी Proper Understanding एवं Training।
Calculation for Undercuts
DFM पूरा होने के बाद पार्ट के अनुसार Mould Layout तैयार किया जाता है। इससे Final Design शुरू करने से पहले यह स्पष्ट हो जाता है कि मोल्ड कितने Impression का होना चाहिए तथा उसका Layout कैसा रहेगा।
Cooling System
Part की Cycle Time को बिना Defects के Proper तरीके से Complete कराने के लिए Mould में Cooling एक अहम भूमिका निभाती है। Cooling Channel की Proper Designing एवं Calculation की समझ।
Ejection System
Part को Proper तरीके से Eject कराने के लिए Mould में Ejection System भी एक अहम भूमिका निभाता है। Part की Geometry एवं Shape के हिसाब से Different Types of Ejection System का Selection, Designing एवं Calculation की Proper समझ।
Electrode Designing
VMC Machining द्वारा Proper Material Remove न होने की जगह एवं Condition की समझ, ताकि Mould Designing के समय Electrode Designing को काफी हद तक Avoid किया जा सके।
Standard 2D Drafting & Detailing
Manufacturing के लिए Mould Part की 2D Drafting एवं Detailing According to Industry Standards।
Standard Parts Ordering
Mould के अंदर MISUMI, VIJAYDEEP, PPD, HASKO, LEGRIS जैसे Standard Parts का इस्तेमाल तथा Order Process की समझ।
